At Aesthetics by Tracy, I have always believed that continued education, high standards and genuinely caring about the work matter far more than collecting accolades.

That said, I am incredibly proud of the recognition Aesthetics by Tracy has received over the years, including Aesthetician of the Year and Aesthetics Practitioner of the Year titles, alongside recognition across a number of respected beauty and aesthetics awards.

In recent years, my role within the industry has evolved. After being invited to judge aesthetics and business awards, I made the decision to stop entering awards myself and instead take on the responsibility of recognising other practitioners and businesses.

For me, being trusted to sit on the other side of the judging table is a huge honour and one of the most rewarding signs of how far Aesthetics by Tracy has come.
